BILLINGS — Design crews will crack ground in the drop on 720 multi-household apartment units on Billings West Conclusion, according to a Tuesday media launch from Billings serious estate developer Mike Stock.
The new condominium units will go up on a plot on the 4100 block of Monad Road, west of the planned Rocky Vista College healthcare university, which is presently under building.
The flats will be configured into 4 separate communities with a combine of 1, two and a few bedroom units. The value for hire will be amongst $900 and $1,900 for each month, and the residences will not be qualified for federal government backed hire, in accordance to the launch.
